Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use winniesdepot.com or buy from Winnie's Depot (“we,” “us” or “our”). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them. Our privacy policy and our shipping, returns and warranty pages are part of these terms too.

This store serves customers in the United States. To place an order, you need a shipping address in the United States and must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state if that's higher.

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping within the United States is free. Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated at checkout. You'll see the full total, including any tax, before you pay.

Payments are processed securely by PayPal, where you can pay with PayPal, Pay Later, Apple Pay or card, with no PayPal account needed. By paying, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method. We may change our prices from time to time, but a change never affects an order you've already placed.

After you pay, you'll get a payment confirmation by email with your order details. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item was listed at the wrong price, if we can't deliver to the address given, or if we suspect fraud. If that happens, we'll email you to explain. If we find a pricing mistake after you've ordered, we'll contact you and let you choose between going ahead at the correct price and canceling for a full refund.

Want to change or cancel your own order? Email us as soon as you can. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it or cancel it and refund you in full. If it has, you can return it under our returns policy.

We work hard to describe our products accurately, with imperial measurements first and metric in parentheses. Photos are for illustration, and colors can look slightly different from screen to screen. Product details and packaging may change over time. If we find a mistake in a listing, we'll correct it, and if it affects an order you've placed, we'll give you the choice to cancel for a full refund.

Free shipping on every order within the United States. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take extra time. Large items ship by freight with free curbside delivery. The carrier calls you to book a delivery window. We don't ship outside the United States yet. Our shipping page explains how delivery works, and any delivery timing we give you is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Once your order is delivered to the address you gave us, it's yours, along with the responsibility for it. If anything arrives damaged, let us know right away and we'll put it right.

You can return products within 90 days of delivery, as described on our returns page. Every product also carries our 3-year limited warranty, as set out on our warranty page. The warranty doesn't take away any rights you have under the law.

Outdoor power equipment is powerful, and using it safely is your responsibility. Read the owner's manual before first use and follow its instructions. In particular:

• Only run a generator outdoors, well away from doors, windows and vents.
• Have a licensed professional make any natural gas connection and install any transfer switch.
• Keep children and pets well clear of mowers, trimmers and pressure washers while they're running.
• Check local rules before you build. Some towns and homeowners associations require a permit for a shed.

You're welcome to browse, shop and share links to our pages. Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it or gain unauthorized access, no bulk scraping, and nothing unlawful.

The Winnie's Depot name, logo, bear artwork, product photos and website content belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

To the extent the law allows, Winnie's Depot isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost time, arising from your use of our website or products, and our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law, or takes away consumer rights that you can't give up.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Winnie's Depot is registered, subject to any consumer protection laws of your state that apply to you. If something goes wrong, please email us first. Most problems can be sorted out quickly and informally.

We may update these terms from time to time, and we'll change the date at the top when we do. The version posted when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
